What’s on in Harrogate? Events you cant miss

18 Feb – Be an Ancient Egyptian Curator for a Day – The chance for young ones to handle real Ancient Egyptian artefacts and to create their own displays with replica objects. At the Mercer Art Gallery moving on to the Royal Pump Room Museum.
23 Feb – ‘Outside, Looking In’ with Ed Byrne – The Irish comedian brings his wildly popular standup show to the Harrogate International Conference Centre.
26 Feb – Collabro – The Britain’s Got Talent winners will perform a cappella versions of classic and hit songs at the Harrogate International Conference Centre.
12 Mar – Harrogate Music Festival 2016 Launch – The Simón Bolívar String Quartet kicks off the major classical music festival, to take place throughout July. Also at the Harrogate International Conference Centre.
26 – 30 Mar – 43rd Harrogate International Youth Festival of Music and Performing Arts – Young people in the region show their wide variety of performance skills, from dancing and jazz to choral singing. Multiple venues.
8 – 10 Apr – BBC Good Food Show – Foodies mustn’t miss this multi-day gastronomic event featuring Tom Kerridge and Paul Hollywood, not to mention plenty of gourmet food to go around. Harrogate International Conference Centre.
17 Apr – The Yorkshire Spring Fair – Food and drink, gifts, crafts, home essentials and more all under one roof. At the beautiful Rudding Park Hotel.
Second Thursday every month (10 Mar, 14 Apr, 12 May, 9 June) – Harrogate Farmer’s Market – Find fresh, local, organic and ethical produce every month, in Cambridge Street here in Harrogate town centre.
