For your convenience, we are pleased to offer the following conference room hire rates:

 · Half day: Starting at £100.00

· Full day: Starting at £200.00

 To confirm your booking, we kindly request that the room hire payment be made at the time of booking using a valid credit card.
 In the event of a cancellation, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice.

 To ensure a smooth event, we kindly ask the event organiser to arrive at least ten minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This allows them to familiarise themselves with the equipment and make any necessary adjustments.


 We also offer additional services to enhance your experience:

 · Screen and overhead projector hire: Available from £35.00 per meeting. The setup and usage can be managed by the organiser.
 · Enjoy a selection of teas, coffee, water, Wi-Fi, flip chart stand, paper, and pens starting from £3.50 per person. Please inform us in advance of your requirements. These amenities are self-serve.
 · Off-site parking is available at our Duchy property located at 12 Duchy Road.
 · If you wish to organise lunch, we can provide you with contact details for Gianni's Brio Restaurant and Pizzeria, conveniently located next door.
