How did we do?
I work for a company based in Harrogate but live in the midlands - I have stayed in nearly every hotel and also other apartment lodging companies, none of which match up to the Quality, Value, Service and locations that I receive at The Lawrance. I am very pleased to hear that they are now expanding their product to York and maybe further a field - in an ideal world for me there would be a Lawrance apartments in each city as I have to travel nationwide for the business I do. I book the Lawrance apartments on a weekly basis and have never had a problem, the staff are fantastic and as you can see by the pictures the apartments are top class. We book these apartments for our clients who visit and every single one of them have been so impressed by the apartments, service and location. My family have stayed here with me many times to, it was hard to get my Wife to leave and come back to our house! She love's the apartments. I've been a customer of the Lawrance for well over a year and I will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.
Room Tip: Apartment 8 and 9 @ kings road apartments are my personal fav's - but all are very good there...

I think staying in The Lawrance was my best decision of 2011. I had a fantastic time and couldn't fault the accommodation if I wanted to. It was such good value and everything was modern and high standard. I'm originally from Harrogate so I could have stayed with any number of friends or family over Christmas but staying at Lawrance meant that I could see everyone, come and go as I pleased, and at the end of the night come back to my own fabulous space. Loved it. I'll definitely stay again next time I visit to Harrogate.

We really appreciated the comfort, privacy, and the general finish to the apartments. It was great to have so much space in the apartment, in contrast to a small hotel room, even just for one night. The check in process was made very easy indeed by the lovely Victoria on reception via 3 very helpful emails. We finally met her on check out and she was equally charming!

The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortably furnished. The decor was modern and of a high quality. It was certainly spacious enough for four adults. It was in a very convenient place for the shops of Harrogate. There was free parking availiable at a short distance away which was welcome.

The Lawrance apartments were excellent. In a great location for exploring York, but spacious enough to enjoy some quiet time. These have been finished to a very high standard, and all the added extras and little touches (including bottles of water and a pint of milk in the fridge) made the difference. I would definitely recommend these apartments and stay again!

Great location walking distance to all the city's historic attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. Reduced car parking good but get the ticket from the apartment reception before you park as they may not give you cheap rate if you not. Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment superb. Clean, warm, spacious, all mod cons. Huge very comfy beds, modern luxurious bathrooms all round 5 star, would definitely stay again.
